Hello everyone!
Here is my latest diorama, fresh out of the workshop. The paint isn't quite dry and the water is still liquid... no, I'm kidding. There is no water...

This diorama takes us back in time... to a very, very long time before us.
Dimetrodons, which lived between 298 and 252 million years ago.

Congratulations on this highly original diorama, Stéphane – I’ve seen it in greater detail on your website. Although I love everything about it, there are two things I find particularly spectacular: how well you’ve recreated the terrestrial vegetation of the Permian period and, above all, the stunning depiction of the marine fauna and flora (sponges, cephalopods, cnidarians, algae, etc.).

Just out of curiosity: where did you get those brilliant dimetrodon figures from?

Thanks, Santi!! Yes, I tried to reconstruct the flora of that period, and it took me some time.
As for the Dimetrodons, I found them at Speira. You must have seen on my site that there are also two other animals... Thanks for visiting!

Thanks Kaiphranos!! It’s true that those periods aren't very well represented in 1/72 scale, due to a lack of 3D animal models... but there are more and more of them appearing!
